Machine cleaning of stencils and squeegees is an essential cleaning process in SMT for perfectly cleaned stencils and especially its apertures. Improper cleaning of stencils leads to misprints, which have to be discarded or cleaned from incorrectly applied solder paste. Manual cleaning is an ordinary part of the production processes of electronics. It is done during the maintenance cleaning of the inner parts of soldering ovens, waves, and other machine parts from flux residues. We use only the purest materials from companies Dow or BASF. For chemical production, we also use our own deionized water. The ecological impact matters to us, so we do not use any halogen compounds. All our products meet the requirements of the RoHS and REACH, as they are fully biodegradable.

Thanks to these showrooms, potential and regular customers can visit us and familiarise themselves with the cleaning process. Since we emphasise personal contact with our customers, we have built a worldwide support team, which is made up of DCT cleaning specialists and 33 local distributors. Our distributors are ready to provide first-class process support in 36 countries around the world. As a producer, we also participate in the installation of new cleaning systems.
The installation of the cleaning system is the beginning of our service support.
We provide our customers with direct service support worldwide. Alongside the DCT service team, we regularly train each distributor’s local service team. The distributor’s service teams provide service to customers at a local level, which increases the time availability of service, and reduces the cost of the service itself.

Our company, Tyco Fire Protection Products, focuses on manufacturing and services in the field of fire protection. With the transfer to lead-free soldering, we have encountered issues with the cleaning efficiency of PCBs after the reflow process. Thanks to our long-term cooperation with DCT Czech, their professional approach to our cleaning needs, their flexibility and customer oriented and user-friend solutions, we were able to successfully modify and implement a new vertical spraying PCB cleaning process. DCT Czech developed and manufactured a high-capacity cleaning system, which we have been successfully using for nearly two years.
We are working with DCT since 2006. We are cleaning the stencils, misprinted PCB´s, soldering frames, filers from reflow and some manual maintainace on DCT processes. We are very happy with cooperation and support directly from DCT and also from local DCT specialists.
SEHO Systems GmbH has been a leading global manufacturer of comprehensive solutions for soldering processes and automated production lines for 40 years now. Many pioneering innovations in the world of soldering have originated at SEHO. DCT Czech s.r.o. provides us with an ideal system solution for the cleaning processes required at our technology center. The comprehensive solution we receive from DCT Czech s.r.o. allows us to clean the filtration systems of our soldering lines and our soldering accessories, such as the solder frames used during wave soldering processes, with great success. We use INJET 888 CRRD cleaning equipment together with Decotron T383 cleaning fluid from DCT. We are very happy with this technology because it satisfies the most exacting demands during the cleaning process.
For company Celestica, our first water-based cleaning agent Decotron® 250 has been developed.
For the company SIEMENS VDO, the first cleaning system with ultrasonic technology has been manufactured.
Increasing cleaning requirements have led us to the development of our own measuring equipment.
